Our team is available between the hours of 10 AM and 9 PM seven days a week 365 days a year.
Do you have a dress code?
Our boat parties are relaxed, so there is no dress code. We advise our guests to come dressed in your best Miami Style! We recommend summer attire such as shorts, sandals, tank tops, etc. Whatever it is, just have fun and wear something that makes you feel comfortable.
Are minors allowed?
All guests must be 21 years of age or older. ID’s will need to be presented on boarding the boat party, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid identification. Let’s make this a great experience for all!
What kind of drinks are included in the package?
You’re in for a treat! Our boat party includes unlimited mixed drinks for the three-hour trip, featuring premium spirits like vodka, gin, rum and tequila. We also offer delicious wine and beer as well as some non-alcoholic options such as sodas and juices. Top-shelf or premium liquor are NOT provided – nor ever implied – as part of the package. You are welcomed to bring your own drinks onto the boat, however, glass containers aren’t allowed.
Are you allowed to bring Food or Drinks Onboard?
Absolutely! While we provide unlimited drinks for the 3 hour tour, outside food or drinks are allowed! We suggest you bring snackables to keep your energy up, and bottles of water to keep hydrated.
*Please note that glass containers are NOT allowed.
Can we reserve online?
Absolutely! We offer multiple ways to reserve your Miami Experience Boat Party package. You can simply visit our ticket reservation page on our website and follow these steps:
- Select a date on our reservations calendar
- Select a party boat check in start time
- Enter the quantity of tickets (Each ticket you select is a deposit per person to reserve)
- Enter your contact details
- Enter your billing details
After completing the steps mentioned a detailed itinerary will be sent to you in the form of an email. You will also receive an email receipt for your credit card/debit card transaction. Our system will also send out a reminder confirmation 24 hours prior to your check in start time.
Where is the Boat Party check in location?
- LOMBARDIS Restaurant, located in Bayside Mall; 401 Biscayne Blvd, right in front of Ferris wheel and Hard Rock Café.
Do you provide transportation to or from the Marina?
Unfortunately, we do not offer transportation to or from the Marina. We recommend that you use rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft.
Can we smoke on the boat?
Yes, you certainly can smoke on board the boat! However, illegal drugs are not permitted on the boat.
Can we swim or get off the boat?
For your safety, swimming and getting off the boat is not allowed while aboard The Miami Experience Boat Party. You can take in the views of the beautiful Miami scenery and enjoy unlimited mixed drinks.
How far in advantage should we book?
We recommend booking in advance as the Miami Experience Boat Party is a popular tour and tickets can sell quickly. We don’t want you to miss out! We do our best to accommodate last minute requests, however we cannot guarantee availability if you book on very short notice.
When booking large groups, we recommend placing one reservation instead of individual/small group reservations, so all members of the group are on the same boat before a time slot fills up. When a time slot or date has sold out, further reservations cannot be made, even if some members of the party have already reserved it. Will it be just our party on the boat?
No, it won’t be only your party – our boat tour is a shared experience that will combine you with other vibrant and fun-loving people. We are not offering private tours at this time.
Does the boat goes out in the ocean?
No, our boat remains in the calm and safe waters of Biscayne Bay. This allows our guests to experience amazing views, and stunning sunsets while partying. Our route encompasses unique sights such as Miami’s downtown skyline, Fisher Island, Venetian Islands and Star Island.
How many people does the boat hold?
The boat used in our Miami Experience Boat Party have a maximum occupancy rating set by the US Coast Guard of (approximately) 100 guests. We use boats that are inspected and certified by the United States Coast Guard and the maximum occupancy rating cannot be exceeded.
Is there seating on the boat?
Yes! there is seating available on-board the Miami Experience Boat Party. However, as it is a popular event the seating cannot be guaranteed. It is suggested you show up early and secure your seat!
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
Yes! We want to make sure you have the best time ever so we have a bathroom on board of the Miami Experience Boat Party!
What complementary light snacks are included?
Our complimentary light snacks vary from week to week and could include chips, hotdogs, mozzarella sticks and other delicious bites. Remember that guests are welcome to bring their own food on board the boat, however glass containers are not permitted.
