Absolutely no changes or refunds issued. The loss of the ticket will result in forfeiture of access with no refund or raincheck. The ticket in non-transferable and cannot be resold without prior consent. The ticket must be validated before the event or holder is subject to loss of privileges of use. 

To prevent overbooking and assure your place in the event, the ticket must be paid in full prior to use. Holder must check in one hour prior to the event to redeem ticket for access bracelet. If holder arrives after suggested time of check-in, holder is subject to event availability, if space is still available holder may proceed to use their ticket under the discretion of the company. No refunds or rain-check will be issued if space is no longer available after allowed check in time. Additionally no refunds will be issued for any deposit previously paid. 

The organization reserves the right of admission and the right to substitute the space, exhibition, meeting point, and/or form of transportation at time of event and replace such with one of similar condition, with at least 2 hours’ notice to holder. Ticket holder will be notified via the telephone number and/or e-mail provided at time of purchase. The duration of the event is an approximate, either exceeding or limiting the specified time under the discretion of the organization. The organization strives to meet the agreed upon schedule, but does not guarantee said schedule.

For the security of the event and its patrons, changes due to inclement weather and/or mechanical failures will be made with no prior notice. This includes but is not limited to, changes to the set itinerary, and/or water sports, or the event in its entirety, under the discretion of the event organizers. Re-scheduling will be within a 24 hour time frame. 

The company is no to be held responsible for fraudulent use of the issued ticket, bodily harm due to injury or accident  or any type of loss or theft of personal items. Failure to comply with any rules of conduct or security before or during the event will result in forfeiture of rights and subsequent eviction of event with no refund. 

Free entry or position in a guest list toward any club is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. The issuer assumes full responsibility, in the case that availability is not readily available, a change will be issued to one of similar condition. 

All tickets issued are validated under numbering encrypted by the company and the counterfeiting of such will be considered a punishable offense and will void entrance to the event. 

Ticket holder HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the promoter, participants, the organization, the company, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the event and each of them, their officers and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as releases, from all liability to the ticket holder, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while the ticket holder is participating in this Activity, travel to and from the Activity, or any events incidental to this Activity. 

Ticket holder HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the negligence of releases or otherwise while in participating in this Activity, travel to and from the Activity, or any events incidental to this Activity. Ticket holder expressly acknowledges and agrees that the activities of the event may be very dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage.

Ticket holder further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the Province or State in which the event is conducted and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

TICKET HOLDER HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPTS THE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT ON THIS TICKET, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing ticket have been made.
